The scrap metal and plastic inside need to be crushed and separated, the glass and phosphor powder of the TV monitors|CRT need to be cut, so we recommend our double-station nickel-chrome wire cutter to them.

First of all, waste TV sets need to be disassembled manually. The plastic shell of the TV set, the internal cables and circuit boards are manually separated, and the plastic shell is concentrated and crushed into particles of about 20cm by our plastic shredder for easy packaging. Sell and ship again. Cables can be concentrated to recycle the copper and plastic inside (use our cable recycling equipment to separate plastic and copper particles).

The second step is to use our nickel-chromium wire thermal cutting machine to cut and separate the TV monitors CRT glass and bevel glass from the detached display. At the same time, add a vacuum device to recycle the internal phosphor, so as not to cause air pollution.

The final step is to break the separated glass for resale and transportation.
