Tyres Bead Wires Extraction Machine

This is the first critical step in tire processing. Utilizing a hydraulic or electric system, it extracts the entire bead wire from both sides of the tire in one go using a pulling hook, achieving preliminary separation of the steel wire from the rubber. Its primary purposes are to protect the blades of subsequent crushers and to enhance the recycling value of the steel wire.
