In the rapid development of modern technology, circuit boards, as the core components of electronic devices, are widely used in various fields. However, with the updating and replacement of electronic products, a large number of discarded circuit boards have also emerged, putting enormous pressure on the environment. In order to achieve sustainable utilization of resources and environmental protection, circuit board recycling equipment has emerged. Circuit board recycling equipment is a high-tech machine specifically designed for processing discarded circuit boards. It adopts advanced technologies and processes to efficiently separate various metals and non-metallic materials from circuit boards. This equipment typically includes the following important components: a crushing system, a sorting system, an extraction system, and an environmental protection system. The crushing system crushes discarded circuit boards into smaller particles; the sorting system uses various physical and chemical methods to separate metals and non-metallic materials; the extraction system further extracts and purifies metals to improve their purity and recovery rate; and the environmental protection system is responsible for processing the waste gas, wastewater, and waste residue generated during the recycling process to minimize environmental impact. The application of circuit board recycling equipment is of great significance. On the other hand, the technical level and automation degree of circuit board recycling equipment still need to be improved, and the processing capacity and recovery rate of some equipment still need to be further enhanced. In order to promote the widespread application of circuit board recycling equipment and increase the recycling and utilization rate of circuit boards, we need to take a series of measures. Firstly, the government should strengthen the supervision and guidance of the circuit board recycling industry, formulate relevant policies and standards, and encourage enterprises to increase their investment and research and development in circuit board recycling equipment. Secondly, enterprises should enhance their environmental awareness and social responsibility, and actively introduce advanced circuit board recycling equipment to improve the recycling and utilization rate of circuit boards. In addition, scientific research institutions and universities should strengthen the research and innovation of circuit board recycling technology and continuously improve the technical level and automation degree of circuit board recycling equipment. Circuit board recycling equipment is an important means to achieve the sustainable utilization of circuit board resources and environmental protection. We should fully recognize its importance and actively promote the widespread application of circuit board recycling equipment, making contributions to building a resource-saving and environmentally friendly society.
